Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the Auddix website, customer portal, mobile apps, and cleaning services.

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Auddix Cleaning Solutions (“Auddix”) governing your use of auddix.com, the customer portal, our iOS and Android apps, and the cleaning services we provide (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, booking service, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2. Accounts, organizations, and roles

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Customer accounts belong to an organization, and access is governed by roles (for example owner, manager, billing, and viewer). Organization owners may invite teammates and control their permissions. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. The services we provide

Auddix provides commercial cleaning — including recurring janitorial, office, medical and dental, retail, warehouse and industrial, post-construction, apartment-turnover, move-in/move-out, Airbnb turnover, floor care, day-porter, and one-time deep and emergency cleaning. The specific scope, frequency, and inclusions for your service are defined in your booking, proposal, or signed service agreement. Some tasks (for example specialized regulated-waste handling) are outside our standard scope unless expressly agreed.

4. Estimates, quotes, and pricing

Prices shown by our instant-estimate tool are estimates based on the information you provide and are confirmed before work begins. Larger, specialized, medical, industrial, post-construction, or multi-location facilities may require an on-site walkthrough and a written proposal. Final pricing is set out at checkout, in your proposal, or in your service agreement. Billing, deposits, taxes, and related charges are governed by our Payment & Cancellation Policy.

5. Booking, scheduling, and access

Standard services may be booked instantly; complex or commercial jobs may be offered as request-to-book pending confirmation. You agree to provide accurate facility information and to arrange safe, lawful, and timely access to the space, including any parking, entry, or alarm coordination you specify. If a crew cannot access the facility at the scheduled time, a lockout or late-cancellation fee may apply as described in the Payment & Cancellation Policy. Please secure cash, valuables, and confidential materials before service.

6. Recurring service

Recurring plans continue on the frequency and schedule described in your plan or agreement until canceled in accordance with its terms. Pricing, service windows, skips, pauses, and any annual adjustments are defined in your plan or agreement.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing a payment method you authorize Auddix to charge deposits, service fees, applicable taxes, and recurring amounts as described at checkout or in your agreement. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file for recurring service. Full payment terms, deposits, refunds, and fees are in the Payment & Cancellation Policy.

8. Quality and service issues

We document service with checklists and before-and-after photos and stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, report it through your portal or the app within the window described in your agreement and we will work to make it right, which may include a complimentary re-clean of the affected area. Re-cleans and any credits are handled as described in your agreement and the Payment & Cancellation Policy.

9. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate facility, access, and contact information.
  • Ensure the space is safe and lawful to service and disclose known hazards.
  • Secure valuables, cash, sensitive documents, and fragile or high-value items.
  • Obtain any landlord, building, or third-party permissions needed for service.
  • Treat our crews with respect and provide a harassment-free environment.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with their operation or security, scraping or reverse-engineering, misrepresenting your identity, using the Services unlawfully, or infringing others’ rights.

11. Mobile apps — license, location, and photos

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Auddix apps for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store terms. The cleaner app collects precise location only during a configured pre-arrival and active-job window, with the crew member’s consent, to support ETA, arrival, and safety; the customer app may show a crew’s live status during that window. Crews capture before-and-after job photos to document quality. Location and photo practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, text, design, and the Auddix name and logo, are owned by Auddix or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in them except the limited license above. Content you submit remains yours; you grant Auddix a license to use it as needed to provide and improve the Services.

13. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties such as Stripe, Google Maps Platform, Google/Firebase, Resend, and Twilio. Your use of features powered by them may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

14. Disclaimers

We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auddix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Except where prohibited by law, Auddix’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to Auddix for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or bodily injury caused by our negligence.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Auddix harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of law or the rights of others, except to the extent caused by Auddix.

17. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Auddix is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in the courts or through the dispute-resolution process specified in your service agreement. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for misuse of the Services or intellectual property.

18. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any active agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the Services, our crews, or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive (for example payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive termination.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. For material changes we will provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
