Darius Jr. came up through the grow-facility floor — as a worker, then a manager, then in senior operations leadership — and learned firsthand that dependable results come from disciplined, repeatable systems, not shortcuts. He oversees Auddix’s cultivation facilities and authors the standardized procedures that keep every site precise, consistent, and audit-ready. Partnering with scientists to develop state-of-the-art growing technology, he’s focused on raising the standard for what a well-run facility can deliver.
