Delete Your Account

1. Delete from inside the app

The fastest route is in the Auddix app for iOS or Android, published by Auddix Cleaning Solutions:

1. Open the Auddix app and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Read the summary of what is deleted and what is kept.
5. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Deletion happens immediately. You are signed out, your sign-in credential is destroyed, and you will not be able to sign in again with that account.

2. Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email privacy@auddix.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify your identity and complete the deletion. We aim to confirm within 30 days, and sooner where the law requires it.

3. What is deleted

Permanently and irreversibly:

• Your sign-in credential, email address, and password.
• Your user record, customer profile or crew profile, and any admin profile.
• Your membership of any customer organization, and the role that came with it.
• Your in-app notification history.
• Crew availability records, where you used the app as a crew member.
• Any lead, quote session, or job application we still held under your email address.

4. What is kept, and why

Some records cannot be deleted on request because we are required to keep them, or because they belong to someone else. In each case your name and account link are removed from the record.

• Invoices, payments, refunds, and subscription history — retained under tax and accounting law, typically for at least seven years.
• Completed job records, checklists, and photographs — these document work performed at a customer’s premises and belong to that customer’s service history. Your identifier is stripped from them.
• Reviews and service issue reports you submitted — kept as part of the job record and quality history, with the author reference removed.
• Audit logs — security and compliance records of sensitive actions, including the record that your account was deleted.
• Records under legal hold — anything needed to establish or defend a legal claim, for as long as that need lasts.

Backups are cycled out on a rolling schedule, so a copy may persist in an encrypted backup for a short period after deletion.

5. Before you delete

• Settle any outstanding balance. Deleting your account does not cancel an unpaid invoice or discharge amounts you owe.
• Cancel recurring service you no longer want. Deleting your account does not by itself end a recurring plan held by your organization.
• If you are the only owner of a customer organization, deleting your personal account does not delete the organization or its service records. Contact us to close the organization.
• Download any invoices you want to keep.
