- Auddix runs cleaning like an operations platform. You get real scheduling, live job status, room-by-room checklists, before-and-after photos, and a transparent service history — not just a crew and an invoice.
- Do you offer recurring commercial contracts?
- Yes. We build recurring janitorial plans — daily, several times a week, weekly, biweekly, or monthly — with set service windows, an assigned crew, and contract pricing.
- How does pricing work?
- Use the instant estimate to get a transparent price range based on your facility size, type, frequency, and scope. Estimates are always confirmed before any work begins, and larger or specialized facilities receive a custom proposal.
- What areas do you serve?

- Is Auddix insured?

Scheduling
- Can you clean after hours or on weekends?
- Yes. After-hours, early-morning, and weekend windows are available so cleaning stays out of your team’s way. After-hours access is arranged securely in advance.
- How do I reschedule or skip a visit?
- Recurring plans support skips and reschedules within policy. Once the customer portal is live you can manage this yourself; until then, message us and we’ll handle it.
Billing & payments
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe, including saved cards and automatic recurring billing. Commercial accounts can use purchase-order numbers and net-term billing where approved.
- Do you require a deposit?
- Some services require a deposit, shown clearly before you confirm. Larger or specialized jobs are quoted by proposal with a defined payment schedule.
