Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Accessibility is part of how we build. Auddix aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across auddix.com, the customer portal, and our iOS and Android apps, so that people using assistive technologies can quote, book, and manage service independently.

2. What we do

• Semantic HTML and clear landmark structure so screen readers can navigate reliably.
• Full keyboard operability, a visible “skip to content” link, and clearly visible focus states.
• Color choices and text intended to meet AA contrast in both light and dark themes.
• Respect for the “reduce motion” system setting, minimizing non-essential animation.
• Labeled forms, descriptive error messages, and accessible dialogs and menus.
• Expandable content (such as FAQs) built on native, keyboard-friendly controls.
• Generous touch targets suited to field use on phones and tablets.
• Responsive layouts that adapt from large desktop monitors to phones.

3. Ongoing effort

Accessibility is a continuous process. We test as we build, review new features for accessibility, and fix issues as we identify them. Some content or third-party components may not yet fully conform, and we work to improve them over time.
